Background
Avenir V. Morozov received his law degree in 2020 from Duke University School of Law and a Masters of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida in 2021. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the George Washington University in 2017.
Mr. Morozov joins Milam, Howard, Nicandri & Gillam, P.A. after practicing corporate and tax law at another Jacksonville-area law firm. His practice focuses on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and finance.
Mr. Morozov was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida as the son of immigrants from the former Soviet Union and continues to serve among the Jacksonville-area Slavic community. In his free time, Mr. Morozov enjoys mountain biking, hiking, photography and reading Russian literature.
