Ms. Maxey is an experienced real estate and business law attorney assisting clients with property and asset acquisition and disposition, land development, construction, financing, leasing, entity formation and matters of corporate and company law. She has represented lenders and borrowers and buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance transactions, including syndicated loans, securitized lending, and construction and project based financing. 

She has managed complex like-kind (1031) transactions, including reverse-parked and forward-parked transactions and is knowledgeable in matters of title, including covenants, restrictions, easements, and declarations.

Representative clients include national, regional and local banks, real estate developers and owners of multifamily properties, retail centers, restaurants, office buildings, warehousing and storage facilities, and mixed use developments as well as local and family-owned businesses.
