Background

Mr. Fackler earned his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in 1994. Before attending law school, Mr. Fackler served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Rybnik, Poland. In 2002, Mr. Fackler received his Juris Doctor Degree from University of Florida College of Law with high honors. While at the University of Florida, Mr. Fackler was an editor for the Florida Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Team. After graduation from law school, Mr. Fackler was a law clerk to the Honorable Harvey E. Schlesinger, United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Fackler has also taught legal research and writing as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Coastal School of Law.
